 O game estará disponível na Xbox Live Arcade, no PlayStation Network e no Steam no meio do ano. Inspirado na atual série animada da Nickelodeon, Out of the Shadows inclui um modo cooperativo para quatro jogadores simultâneos.

 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows está em desenvolvimento pelo estúdio Fly Studio, responsável por Thor: God of Thunder, Ghostbusters: The Video Game e Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2. O lançamento está marcado para o final de 2013.
